About WUHU SHIPYARD CO LTD
Wuhu shipyard Co., Ltd., formerly known as Fujiheng Machinery Plant established in 1900, has been subordinate to the first Ministry of machinery industry, the Sixth Ministry of equipment industry, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, China Shipbuilding Industry Group Corporation, etc. It is a national large-scale shipbuilding enterprise with a glorious history of 100 years. Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, Zhu De, Nie Rongzhen, Li Peng and other party and state leaders ever made inspection of the shipyard respectively.he plant area covers an area of 1,358,300 sqm, with a coastline length of 1,355m and an outfitting quay as long as 740m. There are two large slipways of 80,000 DWT, three gantry crane of 450T SWL and three tower cranes of 32T.
