BYD has taken a significant step in supporting Chinese automotive exports with the launch of a new dual-fuel pure car truck carrier (PCTC). Built by Guangzhou Shipyard International (GSI) for BYD Group, the PCTC was delivered in Guangzhou's Nansha district, Guangdong province, on Tuesday. This move is expected to boost the global reach of Chinese car brands. The PCTC, named _BYD HEFEI_, features advanced technology, including a permanent magnet shaft generator and a dual-fuel propulsion system. These innovations are complemented by various energy-saving strategies, emphasizing the vessel's commitment to environmental sustainability. The vessel represents a new breed of green, intelligent, and efficient automobile transport carriers. It aligns with BYD's status as a leading new energy carmaker, further underlining the company's contribution to the global automotive industry and the promotion of environmentally friendly solutions.
