AAL Shipping has completed the delivery of 125,175 RT of wind turbine components in two sailings to Western Australia's King Rocks Wind Farm. The shipments were carried by AAL Antwerp and AAL Shanghai, transporting 51 wind turbine blades, each up to 80 metres long, along with towers. AAL Antwerp demonstrated the capability of AAL's 32,000 DWT Super B-Class fleet by stowing blades up to six wide and five tiers high. This fleet is specifically designed to support global energy projects, highlighting AAL's role in renewable energy logistics. The deliveries contribute to the development of wind energy infrastructure in Western Australia.
