Greece’s Erasmus Shipinvest Group has signed a cooperation agreement with Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. for the construction of 4+2 feeder container ships, each with a capacity of 2,400 TEU. The contract includes four firm vessels scheduled for delivery between 2028 and 2029. If the two optional vessels are exercised, the total deal value will reach USD 270 million. This order marks a significant investment by Erasmus Shipinvest in expanding its feeder container fleet. The partnership with Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering reflects ongoing demand for feeder vessels in global shipping logistics.
