Vietnam Launches Largest Domestic Bulk Carrier

The engineering design was developed by Vietnam’s VISEC with Finnish partner BLUETECH, and construction was supervised by Japan’s ClassNK and Vietnam’s registry. The main engine, built under MAN license in Japan, meets international standards. This launch underscores Vietnam's growing shipbuilding capabilities, ranking 4th globally by 2024, and supports the country’s expansion in maritime logistics and global trading routes.
