NB 970, the largest vessel ever launched by VARD, has arrived at Vard Søviknes in Norway. The state-of-the-art cable laying vessel was constructed at Vard Shipyards Romania – Tulcea and will now undergo its final stage of outfitting and completion. Built for Prysmian and designed by Vard Design, the 192.8-meter vessel will support advanced offshore power cable installation projects, contributing to the expansion of offshore energy infrastructure. This marks a significant milestone for all parties involved in the project.
