Damen Shipyards Group is a Dutch shipbuilding and engineering company that is owned by the Damen family. The company was founded in 1927 by Jan Damen and has grown to become a leading provider of ships, vessels, and marine equipment to customers around the world. Damen Shipyards Group is headquartered in Gorinchem, Netherlands and has a network of shipyards, engineering offices, and service centers located in more than 35 countries around the globe. Damen Shipyards Group is known for building a wide range of vessels, including tugs, ferries, offshore support vessels, and specialized ships for the oil and gas industry.
