The Taizhou Jingjiang Maritime Safety Administration (MSA) successfully escorted a large deck transport barge, constructed by Jingjiang Nanyang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., out of dock using an integrated 'electronic + tower + patrol vessel' monitoring network. The operation, conducted during the Spring Festival period, involved real-time electronic patrols by the Jingjiang Rapid Response Center, traffic regulation by the Jiaogang VTS tower, and on-site escorts by patrol vessels Haixun 06507 and Haixun 06512. The coordinated effort, which included establishing a 'green channel' to manage traffic, ensured the safe and efficient delivery of the 165-meter-long barge, supporting the shipyard’s schedule and boosting the local shipbuilding industry.
