Mawanship Signs New Order for 2900TEU Container Ships

the four vessels will be constructed at Mawei Shipyard with a combined capacity of 11,600 TEU. The ships will join Deways Marine’s existing feeder fleet and support its regional and short-sea liner services. This latest deal continues a partnership launched in 2021 when Deways Marine, to date, ordered eight 1,100 TEU and six 2,900 TEU containerships from Mawanship. Financial terms were not disclosed.
