**RAISSA beached at Chittagong for demolition** The oil and chemical tanker RAISSA (IMO 9149251) was beached at Chittagong, Bangladesh, on 16 Nov 2025. Panama-flagged and built in 1998 by Uljanik Shipyard in Croatia, the vessel has a gross tonnage of 27,526 gt and is managed by GOLDEN SHIPS MANAGEMENT CO LTD. It arrived for scrapping at the Chittagong Ship Breaking Bangladesh yard in Bangladesh. RAISSA operated in the Red Sea & Persian Gulf, Indian Ocean, South East Asia (China, Vietnam), North Asia (Japan, Korea) and South Asia. Its equipment includes MAK/Caterpillar 6M20 AUX_ENGINE, MAK/Caterpillar 8M20 MAIN_ENGINE and ULJANIK 6S50MC MAIN_ENGINE.
