**Royal T Shipyards Delivers MV SUEVE with Naming Ceremony** Royal T Shipyards celebrated the christening and delivery of the MV SUEVE, a 5,050 dwt vessel from the Salmo series, at a naming ceremony in the port of El Musel, Gijón on 11 September 2025. The vessel was previously delivered on 4 September to Navinorte/G. Junquera Marítima in the Netherlands before its journey to Spain. The MV SUEVE, measuring 87.30 meters in length, features a diesel-electric propulsion system alongside a smart automation system designed to enhance maneuverability, reduce fuel use, and lower emissions. The newly christened vessel includes a single box-shaped cargo hold with a 5,915 m³ capacity. Sea trials conducted in the North Sea showcased its efficient fuel consumption. Royal T Shipyards, based in the Netherlands, has completed over 200 newbuild projects, with its operations currently overseen by seventh-generation shipbuilder and CEO Thecla Bodewes. Navinorte, a subsidiary of G. Junquera Marítima formed in 1986, operates a fleet of multi-purpose vessels focused on dry cargo transport.
