On July 16, CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited announced the signing of contracts with Beihai Shipbuilding and China Shipbuilding Trading for the construction of two 210,400 DWT bulk carriers. The project, valued at RMB 1.056 billion, will see the vessels delivered in December 2027 and March 2028. The contracts were executed through the subsidiaries Fortune Propulsion and Fortune Prosperity. This investment aligns with CSSC Shipping's ongoing strategy to modernize its fleet and strengthen ties with major Chinese shipyards.
