Grand Bahama Shipyard Limited (GBSL), located in Freeport, Grand Bahama, is one of the world's largest cruise and commercial vessel repair facilities. In 2025/2026, the yard underwent a major 00 million modernization featuring two brand new massive CSSC-built floating dry docks—the 'East End' (357m x 70m, 93,500t lifting capacity) and the 'Lucayan' (414m x 85m, 120,000-130,000t capacity). These mega-docks allow GBSL to dry-dock and service the largest cruise ships in the global fleet, including Oasis and Icon-class vessels, in addition to commercial and offshore shipping.
