ADNOC L&S Exercises Options for Two More LNG Carriers

GTT, under which four vessels will each have a capacity of 175,000 cbm and feature GTT's Mark III Flex membrane containment system. The technology is designed to reduce boil-off gas losses and improve fuel efficiency during transport of liquefied natural gas. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2029. The order underscores ADNOC L&S's continued investment in new LNG tonnage as it builds out its carrier fleet to meet rising demand for LNG transport capacity. Jiangnan Shipyard, one of China's major shipbuilders, and containment system specialist GTT remain central to the project's execution, with the expanded orderbook reflecting sustained confidence in long-term LNG shipping demand.
