Bow Frontier, a 25,000 dwt chemical tanker, has been named and launched as part of a fleet expansion that includes 22 new vessels in 2026. The ship, built at the Fukuoka shipyard in Japan, features 24 stainless steel tanks designed to meet high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Bow Frontier is one of ten new vessels joining the fleet this year and is the fourth sister ship constructed at the same shipyard. This launch continues a long-standing partnership with Japanese owners and shipyards, emphasizing innovation and sustainability in maritime operations. At the naming ceremony, CEO Harald Fotland highlighted the shared vision for advancing the green transition in shipping and developing sustainable maritime solutions. After final outfitting, Bow Frontier is scheduled to enter service in November, supporting the company's round-the-world chemical trade routes.
