Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE) recorded its highest annual turnover of ₹6,400 crore for FY 2025-26, up from ₹5,076 crore in the previous year. The company declared an interim dividend of 129% of paid-up share capital, compared to 89.5% in FY 2024-25. During the year, GRSE
commissioned five vessels, including INS Himgiri, the first Project 17A Advanced Frigate, and delivered a total of eight vessels to the Indian Navy. Notably, three warships—Dunagiri, Sanshodhak, and Agray—were delivered simultaneously. The shipyard is also advancing a contract for five Next Generation Corvettes and progressing on export vessels and a dredger for foreign clients. GRSE launched a Modular Foot Suspension Bridge and delivered seven 30mm Naval Surface Gun systems. It inaugurated a Next Generation Virtual Reality Lab and signed strategic MoUs with several partners. The company received 26 awards, including one for Excellence in Financial Performance.
