**Ciner Orders Six Ultramax Bulk Carriers from Chinese Yard** Turkish conglomerate Ciner Shipping has placed an order for six ultramax bulk carriers at New Dayang Shipbuilding in China, extending its newbuilding programme. The order was made under the leadership of Ciner Shipping CEO Vasileios Papakalodoukas. This latest acquisition adds to Ciner’s extensive fleet expansion, which has seen the company order up to 40 ships over the past four years, with a total investment exceeding $1 billion.
