Major shipyard facility in Pascagoula, Mississippi, acquired by Bollinger Shipyards in November 2022 (formerly VT Halter Marine / ST Engineering Halter Marine Offshore). Rebranded as Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding (BMS) and Bollinger Mississippi Repair (BMR). Spanning 378 acres with deep-water access, the facility constructs and repairs vessels for the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard (including the Polar Security Cutter program) as well as commercial operators.
