About FERGUSON Marine
Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) Limited is a shipbuilding company established in 1903, located on the Firth of Clyde in Port Glasgow, Scotland. It specializes in the design, build, refit, and repair of commercial vessels, including ferries, and also undertakes marine and industrial fabrication. The shipyard was nationalized by the Scottish Government in December 2019 and is the last remaining shipbuilder on the lower Clyde.
