About ZAMIL SHIPYARD
Zamil Shipyard is a leading shipbuilding and repair facility located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The shipyard was established in 1977 and has since become a major player in the maritime industry in the Middle East.
The shipyard is spread over an area of 1.2 million square meters and has a waterfront of 1.2 kilometers. It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including a 600-tonne gantry crane, a 300-tonne floating crane, and a 1200-tonne ship lift.
Zamil Shipyard has the capability to build and repair a wide range of vessels, including offshore support vessels, tugboats, barges, and tankers. The shipyard has built over 500 vessels to date and has repaired more than 4,000 vessels.
