Ghasiram Gokalchand Ship Breaking Yard (GGSBY) is a pioneering Indian ship recycling company, with its origins in Mumbai in the 1960s. The company was the first to establish ship recycling operations in Alang in the 1980s and notably recycled India's first Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) in 1993.
