Jiangxi Jiangzhou Union Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. was reformed from the military enterprise Jiangxi Jiangzhou Shipbuilding factory and now is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Ocean Shipbuilding Industry Group Ltd., which is one of Hong Kong Stock Exchange main board listed companies.
