About CHINA SHIPPING INDUSTRY (JIANGSU) CO., LTD
中海工业(江苏)有限公司是中央直接领导管理的国有特大型企业集团中国海运（集团）总公司的一级子公司——中海工业有限公司在江苏省投资的造船基地。公司于2007年5月注册成立，注册资本30亿元人民币，主要从事中大型船舶、水上浮动装置和海洋工程装备制造等。
公司产品：46000吨系列成品油船、5～8万吨系列散货船、全球最大48000吨远洋教学实习船、11万吨阿芙拉油船、10000TEU集装箱船和大型钢质浮船坞等。公司于2007年4月28日奠基开工；于2009年9月20日成功实施2#船坞57300吨散货船“六船并造”、“六浮三出”，开创国内大吨位船舶并造先河；于2010年11月11日实现年交船百万载重吨，刷新国内船厂建设期内最短时间实现年交船百万载重吨纪录；2011年交船24艘，产量136万载重吨，产值过百亿元。2012年交船21艘，产量102万载重吨，成功建成交付当今世界最大、设备最先进的上海海事大学4.8万吨远洋教学实习船“育明”轮，公司也连续三年实现年交船过百万载重吨。目前，公司已形成批量造船和年造船350万载重吨生产能力。
