DYNACOM TANKERS MANAGEMENT ATHENS - GREECE has placed an order for new tankers with Hengli Heavy Industries (Dalian) Co. Ltd. The contract involves vessels with a deadweight tonnage of 306,000, designed as conventional fuel tankers. The delivery of these tankers is scheduled between 1 January 2029 and 30 June 2029. Hengli Heavy Industries, a prominent shipyard based in Dalian, China, is responsible for the construction of these large-capacity vessels. This order reflects continued demand in the tanker sector for large conventional fuel carriers, supporting global oil transportation needs. The sizeable deadweight tonnage indicates the vessels will be capable of transporting significant volumes of crude oil or refined products. The newbuilds will enhance DYNACOM's fleet capacity and operational capabilities upon delivery in early to mid-2029.
