GRAM CAR CARRIERS AS has placed an order with Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. (GSI) for a series of Pure Car Carrier (PCC) and Pure Truck Carrier (PTC) vessels. The new ships will feature dual-fuel LNG propulsion, aligning with the industry's shift toward cleaner fuel technologies. Each vessel will have a car equivalent unit (CEU) capacity of 7,000, designed to efficiently transport a large volume of vehicles and trucks. Delivery of the vessels is scheduled between 1 January 2028 and 31 December 2030, reflecting a multi-year production timeline. This order underscores GRAM CAR CARRIERS' commitment to modernizing its fleet with environmentally friendly technologies.
