Enesel Group, a Greek shipowner, has secured contracts for eight dry bulk carriers at two Chinese shipyards. Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry will build four Ultramax bulk carriers, each with a deadweight of 63,500 DWT. Meanwhile, Dalian Hengli Shipbuilding will construct four Capesize bulk carriers, each with a deadweight of 181,500 DWT. These newbuild orders reflect Enesel Group's continued investment in expanding its dry bulk fleet. The Ultramax and Capesize vessels are designed to serve different segments of the bulk shipping market, with the larger Capesize ships typically used for transporting major raw materials over long distances. This contract marks a significant addition to Enesel Group's fleet capacity.
