On 20 Jun 2026, Vard Vung Tau successfully launched NB 983, a Crew Support Offshore Vessel (CSOV) for Rem Offshore. The vessel, built to the VARD 4 19 design, is intended to support construction, operation, and maintenance activities at offshore wind farms worldwide. This launch represents a significant milestone towards the vessel's delivery. NB 983 is the third CSOV that VARD has delivered to Rem Offshore, reflecting ongoing collaboration between the two companies. The project involved dedicated teams at the Vung Tau shipyard, whose efforts were acknowledged following the launch.
