Ulyssia Residences has confirmed that its 323-meter residential yacht, Ulyssia, will be built by China Merchants Cruise Shipbuilding (CMCS), replacing the initially announced Meyer Werft. The vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2031 and will feature 122 private residences and 22 guest suites, along with extensive hospitality, wellness, and exploration amenities. Designed by Espen Øino, the yacht combines the scale of an ocean-going passenger ship with the privacy of a superyacht. CMCS will collaborate with its subsidiary Deltamarin on design, outfitting, and construction. The project also aims to advance battery and solar energy technologies to support sustainability goals. The extended team includes FM Architettura, Chenot, Eyos Expeditions, VistaJet, and Triton Submarines. The maiden voyage is planned to depart from Munich in 2031, marking a significant milestone for the project.
