EMARAT MARITIME placed an order on 12 Jun 2026 for a new conventional fuel tanker with a capacity of 900 TEU. The vessel will be equipped with an EVERLLENCE 6S35-C9.7 HPSCR main engine manufactured by Everllence. The shipbuilding contract was awarded to Hubei Guangji New Energy Shipbuilding. Delivery is scheduled between 1 Jul 2027 and 31 Dec 2028. This order reflects ongoing demand for conventional fuel tankers in the maritime sector. The new tanker will enhance EMARAT MARITIME's fleet capabilities upon delivery.
