This vessel is the fourth in a five-ship ammonia-ready VLCC series built by Beihai Shipbuilding for Euronav. The delivery timeline has improved progressively across the series, with the first vessel delivered 7 months early, the second 8 months early, the third 9 months early, and now MORINI 10 months early. MORINI achieved a dock-out completeness score of 93 points, the highest in the series, and completed quay-side commissioning in just 43 days.
