Sallaum Lines has expanded its fleet with two new 7,400 CEU LNG dual-fuel PCTCs, MV Ocean Express and MV Ocean Navigator, named on 5 June at China Merchants Jinling Shipyard's Yizheng facility. These vessels join the LNG-powered Ocean Class Series, following MV Ocean Legacy, sharing advanced technical specifications, propulsion systems, and cargo capacity. The additions aim to enhance fleet consistency, operational efficiency, and service reliability. This fleet renewal reflects Sallaum Lines' commitment to upgrading with larger, cleaner, and more efficient tonnage amid growing demands in global vehicle logistics and decarbonisation. The PCTC market is shifting focus from capacity alone to include fleet quality, fuel flexibility, emissions performance, and reliability. The new vessels strengthen Sallaum Lines' platform for global vehicle transportation.
