The second contract covers the construction of 18 specialized marine support units, including tugboats and pilot boats, for Nigeria’s Oilbank Logistics Services Ltd to support port and offshore operations. SAFEEN Drydocks operates facilities in the UAE and Spain, combining advanced engineering and modular construction methods.
