A Norwegian shipowner has placed an order for a bulk carrier with a deadweight tonnage of 211,000 at JIANGSU DAJIN HEAVY INDUSTRY CO LTD. The vessel will measure 299.95 meters in length, 50 meters in width, and 25 meters in depth. It will be powered by conventional fuel. Delivery of the ship is scheduled for sometime in 2029. This order reflects ongoing demand for large bulk carriers in the shipping industry. The shipyard, known for constructing sizable vessels, will build the ship to meet the specifications provided by the Norwegian owner.
