DryDel Shipping has welcomed the M/V DELMAX66, the largest Ultramax vessel with a Panamax beam, built by Tsuneishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. The ship has a deadweight capacity of 66,565 tons and features a unique design combining eco performance with an additional 2,000 tons
of cargo capacity. DELMAX66 is the third newbuilding delivered to DryDel in 2026 and the ninth vessel added to the fleet in the last two years, reducing the fleet's average age to 2.2 years. The naming and delivery ceremony included Dr. Kelvin Pang and students from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, emphasizing the company's commitment to maritime education. A donation to local schools was also made during the event. DryDel Shipping expressed gratitude to Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (Cebu) Inc. and all partners involved in the project.
