
Chinese shipbuilder Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering has added 15 handysize bulk carriers to its orderbook, according to UK shipbroker Clarksons. The vessels, each with a deadweight of 40,500 DWT, are contracted by undisclosed interests for delivery between 2029 and 2030. The ships will be built at the JIANGMEN NANYANG SHIP ENGINEERING CO.,LTD -NANYANG SHIPYARD and will use conventional fuel. This order continues the shipyard's recent success in securing dry cargo vessel contracts.
