Yangzhou New Dayang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. recently held the naming and delivery ceremony for the 63,000 DWT bulk carrier ML EGRET, built for ICBC Leasing. The vessel is the second in its series and represents the third-generation Crown 63 bulk carrier independently designed and developed by Sumec Ship. ML EGRET is designed for transporting bulk commodities such as ore, grain, and coal. It complies with the latest Tier III emission standards and Phase 3 EEDI requirements, offering long endurance and high energy efficiency.
