On 22 Apr 2026, Winsheng Holdings’ subsidiaries, Winsheng Shipping Co., Limited and Hong Kong Pusheng Shipping Limited, signed a shipbuilding contract with Nantong Yahua Shipbuilding Group Co., Ltd. The agreement covers the construction of four 62,000 DWT multi-purpose vessels, arranged as two plus two units. These vessels are designed to serve various cargo needs, enhancing the fleet capabilities of the subsidiaries. The contract marks a significant investment in expanding Winsheng Holdings' shipping assets.
