GTT - Technology for a Sustainable World has received an order from HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (HD KSOE) to design the cryogenic tanks for four new Liquefied Natural Gas Carriers (LNGCs) on behalf of an Asian ship-owner. The vessels will be constructed by HD Hyundai Heavy Industries and will feature GTT’s Mark III membrane technology. Delivery of the four LNGCs is expected between the second and fourth quarters of 2029. This order highlights ongoing developments in LNG shipping technology and collaboration between major industry players.
