Last week, a naming ceremony was held at HD Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea for three new Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGCs): Clipper Guardian, Clipper Galiot, and Clipper Galleon. These vessels have now joined the Solvang fleet and are each built ready for onboard carbon capture and storage, supporting the company’s long-term commitment to sustainable shipping. The event highlighted strong cooperation with HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, as well as continued partnership with charterer and joint venture partner Gunvor Group.
