Swiss shipowner Suisse-Atlantique, controlled by the Andre family, has placed an order for five 63,500 DWT ultra-handysize bulk carriers at Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. in China. This marks the company's first newbuilding contract in China. The vessels, each priced at around US$33.5 million, are scheduled for delivery in 2028 and 2029.
