Today, the steel-cutting ceremony for CLdN's first new LoLo vessel took place at the HD Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard in Ulsan, South Korea. This event signals the commencement of construction for the first of six vessels, set for delivery starting in 2027. Each ship will have a cargo capacity of 1,100 TEU, and the series will join CLdN’s existing fleet of over thirty roll-on/roll-off vessels. The new vessels promise enhanced fuel efficiency and feature an innovative open-top design to reduce port handling times.
