VENERGY Maritime has announced a significant step in its fleet development strategy, confirming orders for six MR2 product tankers at K Shipbuilding in South Korea and securing options for two additional vessels. The company is also expanding into larger tanker segments with four LR2 newbuildings at New Times Shipbuilding, supported by options for two more. In addition, VENERGY Maritime, through OceanV Maritime, has committed to four new feeder container vessels. According to Vyron Vasileiadis, Chairman of V Group, this expansion reflects a long-term approach focused on asset quality and operational efficiency. The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from V Group, Clarksons, and New Times Shipbuilding.
