VARD, part of the FINCANTIERI group, has announced a new contract with Ocean Infinity for the design and construction of four Multi-Purpose Robotic Vessels (MPVs), valued at over 200 million euros. The agreement includes an extensive supply package from Vard Electro, Vard Interiors, and Seaonics AS. Two vessels will be delivered from VARD’s Norwegian shipyards in early and mid-2028, while the other two will be built at Vard Vung Tau in Vietnam, with deliveries scheduled for later in 2028.
