**FU OCEAN Demolition Starts in Chittagong**
The bulk carrier FU OCEAN (IMO 9218777) was beached at Chittagong Ship Breaking Bangladesh in Bangladesh on 20 Nov 2025.
The vessel flies the Liberian flag and was built in 2000. It has a gross tonnage of 86,848 gt and is managed by COSCO WALLEM SHIP MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. It operated across the Red Sea & Persian Gulf, Indian Ocean, West Africa, East Africa, South East Asia (China, Vietnam), South Asia and South Africa. DEMOLITION is under way at Chittagong Ship Breaking Bangladesh in Bangladesh following its construction at HANWHA OCEAN - (Okpo) Geoje Shipyard in South Korea.
