**Scorpio Tankers Signs VLCC Construction Agreements** Monaco, 11 Nov 2025 — Scorpio Tankers Inc. announced letters of intent with Hanwha Ocean Co. Ltd. in South Korea to construct two Very Large Crude Carriers.
Under the agreements, the vessels will be built at Hanwha’s South Korea shipyard at a unit price of USD 128 million each, with design and construction to be managed jointly by both parties.
Delivery is scheduled for the third and fourth quarters of 2028.
