Cadeler Takes Delivery of New A-Class Offshore Wind Installation Vessel

the Danish flag, features 5,600 square meters of deck space and a payload capacity exceeding 18,000 tons. Designed to accommodate up to 130 crew members and wind installation technicians, the 152-meter vessel is equipped to efficiently transport and install up to six XXL-sized monopile foundations for offshore wind farms. It will be deployed at Ørsted's Hornsea 3 project. The Wind Ally is Cadeler’s ninth specialized wind installation vessel and marks a significant step in the company's strategy to operate 12 vessels by mid-2027. The remaining two vessels in the series, the Wind Ace and the Wind Apex, are expected to be delivered by 2027.
