T.S. Lines Ltd. has expanded its partnership with CSSC Huangpu Wenchong Shipbuilding by signing contracts for four new 5,300 TEU SWAN Series containerships. These vessels, notable for their green design and fuel efficiency, are part of a broader plan that could see up to 10 newbuildings added to T.S. Lines' fleet. The SWAN class is designed to comply with future IMO emissions targets and is ready for clean fuel retrofitting. Valued at up to $625 million for all ten ships, the agreement reflects T.S. Lines’ ongoing investment in modern, environmentally friendly ships. Deliveries are expected to begin in Q2 2028. In addition to Huangpu Wenchong, T.S. Lines has further orders at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, including larger methanol-ready vessels. The company continues to strengthen its global position, targeting growth markets across South America, the Middle East, and South Asia.
