MSC Cruises Expands World Class Fleet with Two New Orders

World Class is known for. Currently, the World Class lineup includes MSC World Europa and MSC World America, with the latter having launched recently in Miami. MSC World America’s introduction highlighted new features, such as the Family Aventura district and unique dining options like the Eataly Restaurant at sea, which have been well-received by patrons. Looking ahead, MSC World Asia and MSC World Atlantic are the next in line to join the fleet. They are slated to begin service in 2026 and 2027 respectively, with the MSC World Atlantic set to offer cruises from Port Canaveral upon its debut. The expansion of the World Class fleet is contingent upon securing appropriate financing, following standard industry practices. Notably, all World Class ships are equipped with dual engines and are poised to take advantage of bio and synthetic fuels as they become commercially available, further reducing emissions. MSC Cruises and Chantiers de l’Atlantique continue to participate actively in projects aimed at advancing sustainable technologies in partnership with industry stakeholders.
