Malta-incorporated cruise holdings company and joint owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts alongside Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Founded by entrepreneur Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine. Led by Executive Chair Nadim Ashi and CEO Ben Trodd. Responsible for the nautical side of the Four Seasons Yachts venture — including marine and technical operations, navigation, deployment strategy, vessel crewing, yacht sales, marketing, and reservations. Works closely with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, which builds the fleet. The inaugural vessel Four Seasons I launched in March 2026, with a third ultra-luxury vessel ordered as of July 2026. Operational office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
