Ultra-luxury yacht cruise operator jointly owned and operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD. The partnership combines Four Seasons' world-renowned hospitality expertise with Marc-Henry's nautical and maritime operational experience. Fleet built by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri — the inaugural vessel Four Seasons I launched in March 2026, with a third ultra-luxury vessel ordered as of July 2026. Four Seasons manages the guest experience including hotel operations and service standards, while Marc-Henry handles nautical operations, marine and technical operations, navigation, deployment strategy, vessel crewing, and yacht sales/marketing/reservations.
